WHAT: Knowing your ethical obligations in the daily practice of law is vital to a successful legal career. Kyle will discuss the practical application of the Rules of Professional Conduct to the everyday practice of law. Kyle’s presentation will be interactive and include best practices from retention through termination of the attorney client relationship.
WHO: Kyle is a partner at RH | Montes De Oca. He is a malpractice attorney representing both underlying clients and lawyers in professional liability related matters. He also counsels and represents lawyers before the State Bar Court in disciplinary matters.
