What a Long, Strange Trip It’s Been: From Heckerling in Sunny Florida in January 2020, to Virtual Heckerling in May, 2021. Laurelle Gutierrez, Charles (Chuck) Packer and Mark Shepherd will summarize recent developments; ponder whether retroactive means Déjà vu all over again; consider taking a break to stretch (an IRA); worry about protecting our ass(ets)…more or less, time permitting. Please note that this is a 90-minute presentation.
Cost: Cost is $20 per person for members of the SMCBA Estate Planning Section and $30 for others. Cost includes 1.5 hours of MCLE credit.
