The San Mateo County Bar Association, Family Law Section assists San Mateo County attorneys in the practice area by hosting monthly MCLEs on all aspects of family law, including dissolution of marriage, characterization and division of community and separate property, child and spousal support, Alternate Dispute Resolution, domestic violence, parentage, and psychological aspects of family law. The Family Law Section meets on the second Friday of each month at noon.
Each year, the Family Law Section hosts a holiday party to demonstrate the Family Law Section’s appreciation of the hard work and dedication of the family law judicial officers and Court staff who serve the family law litigants of San Mateo County.
