You can present a case convincing to your Judicial Officer’s intellectual side. Do you know how to present a case also convincing to Judicial Officer’s emotional side? Understanding the heuristic, affective decision-making processes we all use will enhance your courtroom persuasion.
Ron Granberg is a Past President of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists, a Past President of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Northern California Chapter, and a Past President of the Monterey County Bar Association. He taught Legal Research and Writing at the Monterey College of Law for 37 years, also teaching Trial Advocacy there for 24 years. Ron has published 23 family law articles and has made over 200 professional presentations. He talks a lot.
Cost (includes lunch): $55 for section members and $65 for non-section members. Cost also includes 1.0 hour of General Law MCLE credit.

For in person cancellations, the cancellation must be receivedONE WEEK BEFORE the event. If you do not cancel within one week prior to the event or do not show up to the event, you will be charged the full amount.
For zoom cancellations, must be received at least 48 hours prior to the event for a full refund of the registration fee for those who register via Zoom. If you do not cancel within 48 hours or do not show up to the event, you will be charged the full amount.
