Kevin Urbatsch will provide an update regarding special needs planning, including an overview of the new SSA Trust Review Team, 2018 changes to the SNT’s Program Operations Manual Systems (POMS), the Special Needs Trust Fairness Act, ABLE accounts, etc. and answer questions you may have about special needs planning.
