Description: A brief overview of the limited conservatorship process explaining the differences between a limited conservatorship and general conservatorship. The seminar will provide tips for interviewing clients, proper pleading, the importance of the regional center and court appointed attorney reports, plus advice on navigating the pleading process.

Cost: Free for SMCBA EP members, $10 for non-members. Cost includes 1.0 hour of General Law MCLE credit.
