Civil Court Judgments Now Subject to Mandatory eFiling in San Mateo County

As of August 11, 2025, all civil court judgments in San Mateo County must be eFiled by attorneys, pursuant to Local Rule 2.1.8. Paper judgment packets will no longer be accepted unless submitted by a self-represented litigant.
