eService Changes to Come

Effective July 1, 2024, a significant transformation in the electronic process of service (eService) landscape will take place. 

AB 2961 streamlines Code of Civil Procedure section 1010.6, clarifying the instances where eService is obligatory and when it is optional and also the conditions under which eFile fees and services are waived.
