SAN MATEO COUNTY BAR HAS ADOPTED NEW RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR FEE ARBITRATION The San Mateo County Bar Association's Fee Arbitration Program allows clients and lawyers to resolve fee diputes without litigation. To initiate fee arbitration, you must complete a fee arbitration request form and submit it with the filing. The filing fee varies based on the amount being disputed - please review the rules for more information.
